TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these before contacting us for a commission, it’s assumed you agree with everything below on the moment you make the payment.

PAYMENT

Full payment upfront, PayPal only.

TIME FRAME

It's about 1 to 2 weeks from payment but it can extend up to 1 month depending on the complexity of the request. Usually its finished way early, but we will inform you in case we need more time for any reason.

COMMUNICATION

When you ask for a commission slot it would be helpful to reply to any message within a 24 hours period. The faster you respond the less time it'll take us to have the piece ready!

OWNERSHIP

By commissioning us you acknowledge that, as the artists, we retain full rights over the created image to profit from, alter and post without need of prior notice or authorization.
There's fees for secret commissions and/or right for exclusive and commercial use.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a commission at any time if we deem it necessary. The motives for cancellation may include (but are not limited to) poor communication, inability to cooperate, and inappropriate behavior.After the initial payment has been made, a full refund will only be provided in cases where the commission cannot be completed due to our fault or miscalculation.However, please note that no refunds will be issued once the work is complete.

THEME/CONTENT LIMITATIONS

We personally have little limitations as to the things we're willing to draw, but as a rule of thumb we might be not be taking on ideas with some extreme fetishes or topics that haven't previously been covered in any of our socials or content.

PROCESS

Make sure to have clear references of your requested idea, anything that can help us understand perfectly your vision, like texts, drawings, pictures, color palettes or sketchesAsk specifically if you want Cathriell - UniiMom or UniiCath to work on your commission.

We will reach out to you within a day upon submission
if your commission was among the selected ones.

After the commission has been accepted and payment processed we'll start on an initial preview sketch.

SKETCH
Changes to the drawing structure can be done at this point. After that we will send you updates so you can approve the changes made.

LINEWORK
Some Linework corrections can come up with an extra upcharge depending on their size or amount, but no major changes like the entire pose can be made.

COLOR/TONE
We will send you another update when the flat colors/tones are done – this is before the shading detailing – at this point any colors can be changed if they don't suit your taste.

SHADING / RENDERING
We can provide you with work-in-progress snapshots of the pic during this time if you choose. Remember that no more changes can be done after this stage is complete.
